LAFF: Informational and Educational (E/I) Programming

Modified on Thu, 8 Jan at 11:10 AM

In accordance with FCC regulations, broadcast networks are required to air a minimum of three hours per week of educational and informational (E/I) programming. This content must be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and specifically designed to meet the educational and informational needs of children aged 16 and under. Topics commonly addressed include science, mathematics, health, safety, and social development.

On occasion, last-minute schedule adjustments may be necessary to ensure compliance with these requirements. As a result, there may be instances where updates are not immediately reflected in the programming guide, due to our reliance on a third-party vendor to implement these changes for viewers.

This programming is typically added in the mornings on weekends, however, programming is always subject to change.
