If you are experiencing audio and/or picture issues with our channel and you have a cable/satellite provider, we recommend trying the steps below to see if this seems to help!
1) Unplug your cable/satellite box from both your television and wall outlet for about a minute or two
2) Plug the box back in and allow the box to fully reset
If you have completed those steps and continue to have issues, please contact your cable or satellite provider. If you find you are still in need of assistance after contacting your provider, please reach out to us by submitting a ticket and providing the steps you have taken so far in trying to resolve the issue.
