LAFF: I Am Experiencing Signal Issues While Streaming

We recommend first reaching out directly to your streaming provider’s support team. They can check for platform outages or configuration issues that might be causing problems.


Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try with most streaming platforms: 

  • Restart your device (smart TV, streaming stick, computer, etc.) — consider resetting your Wi-Fi router by fully unplugging from your wall outlet.

  • Make sure your streaming app or device software is up to date.
  • Clear the app cache or data if applicable.
  • Try closing and reopening the streaming app.
  • Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible for a more stable signal.
  • Reduce the number of devices using your internet connection to improve bandwidth.
  • Move your device closer to your Wi-Fi router or remove obstructions — antenna placement can affect signal quality.
