Comcast
Please contact Comcast/Xfinity Customer Service at 800-934-6489 to help with cancelling your subscription directly. iTunes
Cancel the Brown Sugar app through iTunes. We cannot cancel your subscription on our end, because Apple does not share your customer information with us for privacy reasons. Therefore, we have no way of locating your subscription information within their system to cancel your account.

Amazon Prime Channels
- Go to your Amazon Video Subscriptions page. You can find a link in the “Your Account” menu on Amazon.
- Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels.
- Look under Prime Video Channels to find the Brown Sugar subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Select the Prime Video Channels option and confirm.
