LAFF: I Am Experiencing Cable/Satellite Signal Issues

If you are experiencing audio and/or picture issues with our channel and you have a cable/satellite provider, we recommend reporting this to your provider first. 


Some common troubleshooting tips can be found below: 

  1.  Unplug your box from the wall outlet for about a minute or two and plug back in
  2. Unplug your wifi router for about a minute or two and plug back in
  3. Allow both the wifi router and the provider's box to fully reboot 


Still in need of assistance after reaching out to your provider?  To help us further investigate any issues you might be experiencing, please let us know the channel number and the name of the provider in which you are watching on.  If possible, attach a quick video of the issue to your submission that is less than 20 MB.
